I know its spring when a dandelion in the yard has me grinning from ear to ear!
The kids love them, the bees love them...and this time of year so do I!
I have always just let the weeds grow in the lawn...I figure it makes a more interesting mix that just straight grass.
She lets the dandelions grow...on purpose? Ughhhh!!
Sorry...I know you lawn types will shudder at that.
Except for thistles, weeds are pretty much an accepted part of the lawn.
Now my garden is another matter...
Here is a pretty little weed that was growing alongside the dandelion.
I have no idea what it is...
But I sure do like it...
Anything blooming right now is a beloved sight!
