The trees at the lake are just beginning to green up, some have even decided it is time to bloom!
I have not idea what kind of tree this is, I know it is rather unremarkable the rest of the year...but at the beginning of spring it puts on quite a show!
It grows mostly right along the lake shore...
It is interesting how the flowers hang like pendants but the leave grow straight up reaching for the sun!
It is always fun to see what is growing up at the lake!
I wasn't the only one that found the trees interesting...
The only difference being that she just wanted to chew on them!!!
