I try to get up before the kids and have a few moments of peace before...
Diapers, breakfast, dishes, laundry...etc., etc, the usual chaos and madness!
This particular day I was rewarded by an early morning mist suspended over the pasture.
Its inhabitants cloaked in the lightest dew.
The animals were all starting to come to life after their deep summer's night sleep.
The world was perfectly still...just for a moment.
A perfect drop of time
